  1. I would like to make an official complaint to the Fokus Sentral, Taman Midah Cheras, Toyota Service Center. I made a booking to check and service my car on 16 December 2021 due to noise at the tyre and water leakage at the rubber of the door that caused damage to my car. Today 15 min ago, I received a call that my appointment was cancelled. I purposely took leave for the checking and service. How can Toyota Service Center cancel client booking and say no technician tomorrow. A day before the checking and service date, 21 December 2021. It is required to be rescheduled to next Year 7 Jan 2022. I lost my important day off and need to apply again to check and service my car again. 
    This is a very unprofessional service I received from Toyota. Are there any good service centres that you can recommend that are nearby Cheras? I can tell you that I won’t purchase a Toyota car in the future because of this kind of after sales service and I highly not recommend anyone to purchase it. I am very disappointed with a big service centre without a technician just to check my car.
