1. Dear Sir,

   There are 2 problems with my new car Toyota Rush
   1. The steering wheel produces a vibrating sound while driving
   2. The front tire section produces an abnormal noise when passing a road bump

   I was sent the car twice to Boulevard Sandakan but the mechanic failed to solve this factory defect problem. Now my car is still at the service centre since May 23 for the third trial.

   Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
